In the event that you need to return or exchange a Green Angel product, please follow the procedure below.
Products purchased from Green Angel
Products purchased from www.greenangel.ie or directly from the Green Angel manufacturing warehouse can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date (shipping and handling not included).
Products may be returned for one of the following reasons:
1. Product damaged 2. Incorrect product sent 3. Faulty product
To return a product please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- If you want a refund, obtain credit or, exchange an item for a comparable product
Note: We cannot refund items purchased through a set. All items in the set must be returned to obtain a refund.
Products purchased outside of Green Angel
If you have bought your Green Angel products from a retail store or online through a stockist, they must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Returning items to Green Angel Headquarters
If Customer Service has asked you to return a product, please ensure products are securely sealed and parcelled. Please also include the following:
- The original dispatch note
- A completed returns form
- A receipt for the return postage amount
Green Angel cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
When your refund is complete, it will be carried out using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction. Green Angel will also refund the return postage fee, as long as a receipt for this has been included in the parcel.
