Delivery Queries

Covid and Delivery Information +

Due to covid restrictions and HSE regulations, there may be delays in dispatching and delivering your parcel. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you order in advance of a special occasion.

During peak times, such as Bank Holidays, Black Friday, and Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery times as it’s dependent on our third-party couriers. Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside of our control. Consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

If an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately and inform you of a delivery date. All parcels will have to be signed for, so please ensure there is someone there to accept the delivery.

Otherwise, we would be grateful if you could provide us with an alternative address before you check out. Our courier cannot leave the consignment at your address if there is no one there to accept it. For queries relating to delivery please contact us on 00 353 1 4124900.

How long does delivery take? +
  • Irish delivery is usually within two to three working days, but it may take longer during peak times and unforeseen circumstances.
  • UK delivery is between three to five working days, but it may take longer during peak times and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Europe delivery is between five and seven working days.
  • USA delivery is between 10 and 14 working days.
Will I be charged customs for UK delivery? +

Where do you ship to? +

We ship worldwide, however, we cannot ship to Russia, UK Offshore Islands, Saudi Arabia, and the People’s Republic of China.

I have received the wrong products, what do I do? +

My shipping address is wrong, can I change it? +

Returns

I bought your product in a retail outlet, can I return it? +

You may return your product to the retailer you purchased from with your receipt.

Are your products vegan? +

Many Green Angel products are vegan-friendly, please contact customerservice@greenangel.com for the product list.

Do you test on animals? +

Green Angel does not do any animal testing in the development or manufacturing of its products.

What is your product shelf life? +

Six months after the product has been opened. Three years if unopened.

I’m pregnant, can I use your products? +

When it comes to safety during pregnancy we like to err on the side of caution, therefore, consult your GP before use.

Do you have any travel-sized products? +

Can I recycle your bottles? +

Our Green Angel bottles can be recycled, please dispose of the pump in general waste.
