Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to mainland U.K.
It is important when placing your order to give a contact number so as to minimize difficulties with delivery.

For orders that are being delivered to the USA please provide a physical address, not a PO box. We use a signed for delivery service.

Delivery Information

If an item is out of stock we will let you know immediately and inform you of a delivery date. All parcels will have to be signed for so please ensure there is someone there to accept the delivery. Otherwise, we would be grateful if you could provide us with an alternative address before you check out. Our courier cannot leave the consignment at your address if there is no one there to accept it. For queries relating to delivery please contact us on 00 353 1 4124900.

Returns Policy

Green Angel work hard to ensure that you are using the best possible products. However, if you need to return or exchange a product please follow our procedure.
For products purchased directly from Green Angel, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase date (shipping and handling not included).
Products may be returned for one of the following reasons;
1. product damaged         2. Incorrect product sent      3. Faulty product.
To return a product please contact first, outlining your reasons for returning, your proof of purchase or order number and let us know if you would like to return this product for a full refund, exchange it for a comparable product, or to obtain credit for Green Angel.
Note: Only products purchased on may be returned. Items purchased from another retail store or website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
We cannot refund items purchased through a set. All items in the set must be returned to obtain a refund.
When returning a product, the product must be securely sealed and parcelled, including the original dispatch note, a completed returns form and a receipt for the return postage amount. Green Angel strongly recommends obtaining a “PROOF OF RETURN” from your shipping agent. Green Angel cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
When your refund is complete, it will be carried out using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction. Green Angel will also refund the return postage fee, as long as a receipt for this has been included in the parcel.
Please report any breakage or damage to our customer service team at within 24 hours of receiving the product.
