Found this product brilliant.. I got for my daughter because she was dancing 5days a week and helped her when muscles were sore.. I had back surgery myself and had terrible cramps in my legs and had tried everything couldn’t sleep with my legs so sore.. and I remember this gel well my daughter pointed it out to try see would it help..
