Deliveries within Ireland and the UK
Our flat shipping and handling rate for deliveries within Ireland and the UK is €9.50 and is FREE for orders above €95

Deliveries outside of Ireland and the UK
Please call us or email us for a quote on shipping rates for deliveries to countries outside of Ireland and UK.

DISPATCH

Goods in stock will be dispatched within 14 working days from the date of purchase HOWEVER most packages are sent immediately after receiving notification of payment in our system.

Deliveries are by general post or by courier service; our courier service requires that the recipient be available to sign for the package so please use a delivery address where the above applies.

The courier company we use for distpatching our goods will not take a package fom our premises unless it is accompanied by the telephone number of the recipient.

International delivery services are slightly out of our control, in that we cannot guarantee an arrival date once the package leaves Ireland.

Customers who order out of stock goods or non-stock items will be notified of their expected dispatch date by e-mail.

Returns and refund Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your Green Angel online purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of purchase.

Please package the item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip. The package must also include a letter identifying your invoice number, name, and contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a credit or a replacement, it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning so that the return can be processed accurately and promptly.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price for that item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake, or the item is in anyway faulty.
